Automation that
holds up to an examiner

Payment platforms, loan case handling and control processes for banks, asset managers and financial services providers. Usable in daily work and evidenced for the regulator, not one at the cost of the other.

The challenges

What actually gets in the way

The problems we hear in this field, before anyone mentions a technology.

1

Two sides, one project

Functionally convincing but unevidenced is not a finished product. The reverse is no better.

2

Rework eats the gain

A system needing manual rework in eight out of ten cases is worse than no automation at all.

3

What is cumbersome gets bypassed

Complete documentation helps little if the process is not actually followed in daily work.

4

Findings come back

A one-off fix closes a finding once. A control process closes it for good.

5

Regulation is not a final sign-off

DORA and KAIT determine where data sits and how it is logged. That is decided at the start.

6

What cannot be explained

Becomes a finding in the audit, regardless of how well it is solved technically.

Engineering Across Borders

Camsol was founded with a clear conviction: world-class engineering doesn't need to come from a single zip code. By bridging Germany's engineering precision with Cameroon's emerging tech talent, we've built a model that delivers exceptional results - while creating real opportunity.

Our teams aren't outsourced contractors. They're integrated engineering partners who work alongside our clients daily, using AI-augmented workflows to deliver faster and better.

Every engineer on our team uses AI daily - not to replace expertise, but to amplify it. The result: faster delivery, higher quality, and solutions that scale.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

That is the right question, and it decides whether the work pays off. We build no new use cases while the existing ones are unreliable: one lever is built, quality-assured and stabilised until manual intervention is the exception. Only then does the next one follow. A system with a high rework rate is worse than no automation, because the effort remains and the confidence is gone.

We treat them as design parameters rather than an end-of-project checklist. In practice that means tenant and environment separation, audit-proof logging, documented recovery times, and an authorisation model you can explain to an examiner. The formal determination rests with your regulator or internal audit, not with us. Our job is that the answers exist before anyone asks.

Yes, and that is where the working style comes from. We have remediated IT compliance processes for a global asset manager along KAIT, BAIT and DORA, and mapped risk and control processes into a GRC system at a development bank to durably close existing audit findings. Knowing both roles changes how you build.

As a rule, no. We connect to what is there instead of replacing it. A core replacement in this environment is a programme of its own with its own risk assessment, and it is rarely the precondition for removing the bottleneck that actually matters.

We look at the lived practice first. A process that gets bypassed because it is too cumbersome produces documentation that describes nothing. The gap between the documented and the actual is usually the real finding, and it does not close by adding more rules, only by making the intended path the easiest one.

A bounded lever, such as the completeness check inside a case process, typically reaches a productively usable state in four to six weeks. The scope is deliberately narrow: one case type that runs reliably beats five that all have to be checked.
